Physical Appearance
Micronised dry Powder

Composition
Natural minerals impregnated, with water proofing, algae, anti fungal and colour fast pigments.

Surface Preparation
New surface should be deaned and free from efflorescence, previously painted surface should be washed or brushed down. If the old surface in a powdery or flanking condition, the paint should be removed by scraping or with wire brush. Cement paints should not be used directly on nonabsorbent surface, such as surface or neat cement finished.

Drained off but the surface is still moist enough, apply one coat of WALLCEM. After 4 to6 hours, sprinkle the surface with water again. Allow to dry overnight. Wet the surface with water as done before first application. Then apply a second coat of WALLCem and sprinkle water after 4 to 6 hours. Avoid using saline water before applying WALLCem two coats of WALLCem are usually sufficient on new cement plastered surfaces.

Application
WALLCem can be applied by brush or spray. Add three volumes of WALLCem to one volume of water to make a creamy consistency. Dilute the paint by further adding 2-3 volumes of water, as amay be required, to the previously made creamy past for suitable application consistency. Keep starring white adding water to the paste. Water must be added to Wall cem and not Wall cem to water.

Covering Capacity

• 5-6 Sq. mt per Kg. per coat on normal plaster surface
• 3-4 Sq mt per kg. per coat on rough plaster / pebble

5-7 Sq. mt per Kg. per coat on old painted surface.

Caution

• Blues and Green are likely to fade if applied on exposed to Sun Surfaces
• Coverage depends on porosity of surface and workman ship.

Shades
35 shades and also radiant white.

Precautions
Cement paint should not be used on non absorbent surface such as glazed bricks, wet cement, previously painted surface or on bricks with a high sulphate contact.

Mix sufficient WALLcem for one hour's work at a time.

SUPER ACRYLIC WASHABLE DISTEMPER

WALL MASTER Super Acrylic Washable Distemper is a acrylic emulsion based interior wall coating. It

gives rich silky smooth durable finish. It is supplied in paste form in attractive reusable plastic

pails. It is thinned with water and is supplied with great ease. WALL MASTER Super Acrylic Washable Distemper is suitable for use on cement, lime, brick, asbestos etc. It is recommended for use

for interior decoration of ceiling and wall surfaces. Surfaces painted with WALL MASTER can be easily washed with water or a mild soap solution to remove dirt.

Shades are clean and bright and available in pastel collections also.

11. Directions for use The surface to painted should be dry and free from

grease, oil and loose matter. Mix 3 parts of WALL MASTER Acrylic Washable Distemper with 2 parts of water

(generally 500-600ml of water is required for 1Kg

Distemper). Water should be added gradually to get a

smooth brushable consistency. This can now be

applied on a suitably prepared and primed surface with

a brush. For best results allow 3-4 hours of interval

between successive coats.

CAUTION

On a freshly coated surface, washing is permissible only after one week.

Do not use synthetic detergents for washing

Cement primer (water base)

 

wall master cement primer (water base) is an ideal cement primer for interior and exterior applications with good resistance to alkali and dampness. Its special features are quick drying, excellent covering, good sealing and easy brushing properties. Wall master cement primer (water base) is recommended for use on new/freshly plastered walls, asbestos, concrete etc. It may be used as a priming coat before application of distempers, emulsion paint and textured coat like micro matt etc. On walls. It can also be coated before repainting a wall with a different color to ensure maximum masking of the existing color.
