PAC R Polyanionic Cellulose is a premium quality, high molecular weight polymer used specifically for water based drilling fluid.

PAC R Polyanionic Cellulose is an effective additive for reducing the APL filtration rate of water based oil & gas well drilling fluids. This may be used where conditions at total depth may be uncertain or unpredicatable. This also functions efficiently in fresh, salty or salt-saturated environments. It functions in sea water and other mixed salt environments and in systems having low or high pH.

CMC is a technical grade sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, a long chain colloid used in water base mud systems to develop viscosity and/or water loss control. It is a powder which is easily dispersible in the drilling fluid.

CMC(HV) meets OCMA specification DFCP-7 as a thickening agent for water base mud systems.

CMC(LV) is effective fluid loss control agent in most water base mud systems including systems where sea or salt water is the make up fluid. EN-CMC(HV) performs the function while imparting viscosity.

Packing:

CMC is normally packed in 5okg export quality paper bags. Special packing such as a woven polypropylene outer bags, palletization, wrapping and strapping is available on request.

Ammonium chloride is used in preparing salt to salt saturated salt water muds. These muds are used to keep salt sections in gauge while drilling. Salt is also used for stabilizing troublesome shale formations. Low solids muds with densities up to 10 ppg are also prepared by dissolved salt.

Ammonium chloride is packed in 25 Kg /50 KG multi wall paper sacks with PP liner or polypropylene sacks or 1000kg big bag.

Pregel Starch/ Drilling Starch is cold-water-soluble in all water-base drilling mud system. It is produced from corn or potatoes. Both starches produced from corn and potatoes fully confirms to OCMA specification DFCP-5.

Pregel Starch is used to control API fluid loss in sea, saturated salt and polymer drilling muds.
