Sri Kamalam Industries was incorporated in the year 1983 as a manufacture, export and supply firm engaged in various casting products and pump parts. We use various quality tested raw materials to manufacture our range of products.
The company is based in Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu, India) and also has a well equipped office in Pune, India. Founded by Mr. M. Marimuthu (having 30 yrs of experience in the field of methoding and moulding), the company has an annual turnover of $ 1 Million USD.
We can cast in practically any grade and conform to standards like IS, ASTM/AISI, BIS, ISI etc. We have been supplying quality castings to the private sector industries who hold ISO and other quality standards. We are in the line since 1983 and have in depth know how of the casting technology. We export our products in the markets of India and Australia. These are used in various industries and are known for their features of durability and corrosion resistance.

Product Profile
We manufacture our products by using quality tested raw materials of Gunmetal scraps, CI scraps, MS scraps, SS 304, SS 316, SS 410, Scraps which are procured from local markets. Our quality proven products include Ferrous Castings, Non-Ferrous Castings, Steel Castings, Aluminium Alloys, Gear box, Windmill parts, Valve Castings, and Agri And Chemical Pumps Parts. Castings are produced either from customer’s tooling or from tooling manufactured in house to customers drawings. All our castings are known for their salient features, which include following:

Manufacturing Unit
We possess a fully equipped manufacturing unit. It is spread over a plot area of 25,000 sq. ft and has an installed capacity of 150 units. Various machines incorporated in our manufacturing unit includes following:
- Semi Automatic Pneumatic Controlled Moulding Machine
- 160 KVA Genset
- 300Kgs Induction Furnace
- 300 Kgs Pit Furniture
- 300 Kgs Muller
- 100 Kgs core sand mixer
These machines work 24x7 to fulfill our clients’ requirements within the stipulated time frame. To ensure continuous, efficient working of these machines, we employ diligent personnel in our company. Various departments like Production, Quality, Stores, Melting, Moulding, and fettling work in close corodinaiton with each other to provide the desired shape to the product. |

Quality
We follow established quality parameters throughout our products’ life cycle. We also carefully monitor every stage of the production process to ensure flawless products.
Raw materials used for production of our products are quality proven and are inspected by our quality inspectors. The finished products are put through stringent tests to ensure their impeccable quality. Different quality parameters on which these products are tested are as follows:

Warehousing
Spread in an area of 5000 sq ft the capacity of our warehouse is 15,000 units. It is specially designed to stock every product in a separate shelf/rack. It also has various entities such as temperature control and pest control facility, to maintain the original condition of the products.
