We have a sister concern under the name of Ideal Rubber and Plastic Industries which deals in Viton & Nytrial Rubber "O" rings, Sponge Rubber Cords, Hand Gloves, Rubber Matty, Insulating Sheet, Cork Sheets, Nyloneropes, Silica Gel etc. We also offer the following products for SR and PI like: rubber EPDM profiles and neoprine rubber sheets.

Backed by a competent manpower and a sound infrastructural base, we have been easily meeting the needs of our clients across the globe. Our manufacturing unit has all the required machinery to produce a range that is durable & efficient. We have various technically advanced equipment that supports the production process at our manufacturing unit. Some of the machineries are mixing machines, hydraulic press, extruders, simple press machines and many other. With apt knowledge and expertise we have the production capacity of 500 Kg per month.

We assure our clients of high quality products and hence regularly upgrade our range with the latest technologies. We ensure that all our products conform to the international standards of quality. Therefore, we have set our in house quality parameters that are kept in consideration while manufacturing the products.

We use the raw materials like natural rubber, nitrite rubber, silicon rubber, viton rubber used for the production process. The machineries used in the production process is also regularly oiled and maintained to ensure smooth functioning of the production unit. All the manufacturing process is continuously monitored by our quality controllers. Before the final dispatch, the finished products have to pass through another quality check where they are tested for their performance, endurance etc. In case of any defected piece, it is subject to rejection.
