About Us

SRS Diecasting Pvt. Ltd. was started (in 1985 at Delhi) by the current Manageing Director after graduating in Engineering fromInstitute of Technology, BHU-Varanasi.After graduation he had a brief stint in a very large multinational engineering company ?Siemens? followed by a brief period of training in a Pressure Diecasting unit in the U.K. Shortly after shifting to Gurgaon in 1997, he was joined by his father who retired from a very large Heavy Engineering company as President and Executive Director.

The unit was started for the manufacture of pressure diecast components for supply to large OEMs in the Automotive and Appliances sector of industry.he facilities and competence have been organized with the objective to give the OEM customer as complete a component, as he would like. Towards this objective, we have seven pressure diecasting machines, all of them Buhler (Swiss) make, ranging from 160 tonnes to 400 tonnes with supporting facilities such as:
 Finishing Shop with Trimming press, Belt Grinding, Shot Blasting & Vibratory Finishing.
 Machine Shop with CNC Vertical Machining center, CNC turning centre and conventional drilling & tapping machines.
 Paint Shop with facilities for pretreatment followed by spray painting / powder coating as needed.
