The products offered by us are widely used in industries like Dairy Plants, Chemical Plants, Pharma industry, Vegetable Oil Plants, Bio Still Plants, Brewery Plants and other related industries.

We have state-of-the-art infrastructure facilities at our disposal. It enables us to successfully meet the work order requirements of our clients. We have around 7000 sq. ft of covered area having in-house manufacturing facilities like:

• TIG welding machines.
• Transformers.
• Plazma cutting machine.
• Gas cutting pug machine.
• Plate bending machine.
• Grinders, sanders, polishing trolley, etc.

Apart from these, we have engineering machine and tools like lathes, drilling machines, milling, shaping machines, hacksaws etc. The efficient use of these machinery equipment enables us to effectively meet the varied production requirements. It also assures our clients of superior range of engineering products.

Our professional team consists of a proficient workforce of 15 skilled, 10 semi-skilled and 5 unskilled workmen. We also have the services of 5 techno-commercial staff, who assist us in taking care of varied production requirements like material procurement, manufacturing demands, product inspection, accounts maintenance, marketing & other allied services. Our team of proficient engineers & technocrats, work in close co-ordination with clients and assist us in understanding their specifications & delivering products accordingly.

Our extensive experience and expertise in manufacturing engineering products has enabled us to offer our clients a wide range of customization facilities. We offer customization facilities for “Tanks Vessels” in terms of:

• They can be manufactured in both vertical and horizontal models.
• Single wall, jacked, dimple jacketed, or insulated option.
• The top & bottom of tanks can be made either conical or spherical shapes.

Our units are well equipped with technically advanced machinery equipment. The effective use of advanced technologies assure our clients of superior range of precision engineered components. For consistently maintaining quality in our products, we use high grade of stainless steel like 304 /304L / 316 / 316L, 420, 410, 321 in our manufacturing processes. The raw material sourced are tested at our laboratory before using them in production processes. Our quality experts monitor each level of production process and take utmost care in delivering flawless products within the stipulated time to our esteemed clients.
