The issues are primarily tackled on the priority ticket based on the gravity across three levels. The system also helps in managing customer feedbacks, incidents, requests and issues. Furthermore, it increases the productivity, improves the optimum quality of products and also increase the customer satisfaction. This system spots an issue before it occurs and generates different emails that notify the users of when the actions are to be completed. This comprises automatic built-in email service that triggers fire on creation of an issue, its updates and also closing by the concerned person.
