Normally, accuracy classes are 'A', 'B' & 'C' as per DIN 3968.

These are specific tools that match the worm shaft with sharpening allowance . Worm Hobs are generally designed for plunge cutting however tangential feed hobs can be had on request . Hobs are manufactured in shell or shank design with straight or spiral gash . Lead angles upto 45' are available . Worm hobs are usually made in Class 'C' but can be supplied in Class 'A' & 'B' on specific request

CTC profile ground chasers and milling cutters are designed to produce accurate tooth forms on fresh CTC segments and as well as for re-sharpening of CTC rollers. These chasers impart uniform and optimum grooving parameters on CTC Rollers. This results in better quality of leave cutting, low wear of CTC rollers and of course lesser need for frequent resharpenings

Spur & Helical Master Gears are designed and produced as per Customers requirement for composite double or single profile (flank) checking . Master gears are manufactured from premium materials to ensure the longest possible tool life

Available precision ground flat thread rolling dies used for manudacture of high quality fasteners. These dies are available in various thread forms namely Metric, BSW, UNC, BSF, UNF, BA. Simplex and duplex dies can be offered with or without holding angles. Special thread forms can be offered on specific request.

Also available are customized shaping cutters to cut pre-shaved, pre-ground automobile gears with combination of features like protuberance & semitopping . Shank type & hub type internal shaper cutters can also be offered against specific request. Normally accuracy classes are AA, A as per DIN 1829.

Recently introduced precision Gear Shaving Cutters of various types such as conventional, diagonal, underpass. Special profiles can be offered on the cutter to generate tip relief on the component. Being a single source for various pre-shaved tools-hobs and shaping cutters, design parameters of shaving cutters are optimised to have a quality end product. We also undertake precision resharpening of shaving cutters of our make and other reputed makes. These are supplied conforming to accuracy class BS 2007-1975.

Generally available in machine relieved profile conforming to BS , IS specification in a set of 8 different forms numbered 1 to 8 . Specially designed form gear cutters for corrected gears can also be had as per customers design/drawing on specific request .
