5. DFSS - Design For Six Sigma modules which helps the MBB to spear head excellence in New Product design which is not covered in the traditional DMAIC approach.

 

6. LEAN modules that covers the entire 9 yards of Lean manufacturing and service design principles / tools / methodologies.

7. Change Management modules which exhaustively covers the principles of design and implementation of a Change management campaign. Many case studies of major change orchestrated by multinationals using six sigma as an engine are covered to equip the MBB to design and manage a change campaign for his/her company.

The above content will be covered in 16 man-days in a span of 4 months. In order to facilitate the working people, the course is delivered in 4 parts of 4 days each in a month spread over 4 months.
