Our Methodology
As part of its pre-sales process, SSA carries out a comprehensive scoping study to clearly define the prospect’s business concerns. This includes data collection to assess profit leakage points and estimation of potential cost savings. A customized solution is proposed to suit the business climate and willingness of the prospect. The tools are then chosen based on the proposed roadmap and problems to be solved. If the prospect faces serious customer dissatisfaction, SSA carries out a comprehensive customer survey to identify ‘Critical to Quality’ customer needs. SSA has developed a methodology called QUEST® to carry out the same.
