Incepted in the year 2003, we are a manufacturer and exporter of various kinds of casting products. We use various quality tested raw materials to manufacture our range that can be offered in specific configurations according to the definite requirements of our customers. Our range is globally applauded for its featues of Corrosion Resistance, Tensile Strength and Dimensional Accuracy.

Under Indian Boilers Act - 1923, Indian Boilers Regulation - 1950 has been framed. This Regulation deals with the materials, procedure & inspection techniques to be adopted for the manufacture of boilers & boiler mountings & fittings.

Specifications and Quality Plans are drawn up for every product to the full satisfaction of the customer; including the provision and acceptance of a fully dimensioned engineering drawing, specification of the material, mechanical properties, machining allowances, quality standards relating to casting integrity, surface finish and tests to be conducted.

Process Section

The making of a steel casting is a long and complex process. A large investment in capital equipment is required for the melting of steel. Manufacturing of cores and molds and the cleaning and heat treating of castings. As castings are removed from the shake out they are sent to the cleaning room where they are finished to the customer's specifications. Processing in the cleaning room includes shot blasting, welding, heat treating and inspection.

  • Core making Unit Overview Pics: Cores are most commonly used as inserts in moulds to form design features which would be difficult or impossible to produce by direct moulding. The main function of cores is to provide the means of forming the main internal cavities in a casting.
  • Mouding Unit: Excellent surface finish and high dimensional accuracy is achieved using the carbondioxide moulding process. Mostly two part pattern is used to produce the bottom and top halves of moulding box.
  • Melting: Two shell medium frequency Induction Melting Furnaces of Electrotherm supply molten metal.
  • Fettling Shot Blasing: Following the removal of runners and feeders, casting go into the fettling process to be free from any flashes, burrs, sand residues and in house shot blasted in order to achieve high quality surface finish.
  • Heat Treatment: A boogie hearth type heat treatment furnace  facilitates annealing, normalizing or stress relieving of casting that require heat treatment.
