BFRPL, formerly knwon as Reinforce plastics products founded by Shri. Shantilal Patel (Chairman) in 1968, manufacturing FRP components for electrical industries.

1. Product Testing Every pipe has been through following test • Visual Inspection (ASTM D 2563) • Hydrostatic leak tightness test to 1.5 to 2 times rated pressure (AWWA C 950/ASTM D 3517/IS : 12709/BS 5480) • Dimensional Check for wall thickness, length & diameter (ASTM D 3567/BS 5480/IS : 12709) • Resin Cured by Barcol Hardness (ASTM D 2583)
2. Batch Testing One pipe in every 100 pipes or lot size as specified by the customer is subjected to the following test • Axial tensile strength (ASTM D 2105/ASTM D 638/ BS 5480) • Hoop tensile strength (ASTM D 2290/ BS 5480/ IS : 12709) • Structural Integrity at deflected condition (ASTM D 2412/ BS 5480/ IS : 12709) • Stiffness & Flexural Modulus (ASTM D 2412/ BS 5480/ IS : 12709)

BFRPL group is an experienced unit and studies the project in totality. The drawings are made in reference to the specifications of the customer and the documentation is sent for approval to the customers.
Computers aid the unit with facilities of CAD/CAM Pro. E 2D & 3D CA, Mechanical Desktop, 3D Piping Design CAD/CAM, CAD Wind software, CAD Fil Software, Solid Edge Software, Solid Work, Catia, PDMS 11.5, Caesair II 4.4, PV Elite 2005.
We also have association with VAYYU, (Malvern, PA) for technical assistance and having full access for using VAYYU’s design & engineering, being full fledged licensee of them. The Design team includes Environmental Engineers, Mechanical Engineers and Supporting staffs.
