Engineers has been constantly providing all-round solutions for the establishment of various industrial plants like sugar plants, co-generation plants, instrumentation and electrical systems. We have the latest designing and manufacturing facilities that allow us to provide technologically advanced and custom-made products as per our clients’ requirements. This R&D team is managed by senior-level professionals who are hand picked from respective industries. These experts are constantly engaged in assimilating latest technologies and developments pertaining to across the globe.
 
These technologically advanced outcomes of research and development are further converted into innovations and passed on to the relevant industries time to time. Thus, these help in better plant operations and enhanced performances.

We adhere to the keyword QUALITY and hence we have a separate cell of engineers exclusively dedicated to upholding the highest quality standards for our products. We carry out several testing techniques of international standards which include X-ray test and others. Our products conform to NCDC and IBR. A stringent vigil is also kept on sub-contracted jobs. Furthermore, wherever and whenever required, various tests are carried out at different stages of production. Besides our rigorous in-house testing and elaborate quality assurance plans, we also offer regular client-selected third part inspections. Such inspections are carried out by reputed agencies like NFCSFL, VSI, Lloyds, Boiler authorities, SGS etc.

 In adherence to deliver quality products and services, we manage to have an experienced and competent team of qualified professionals among which the technical department has qualified engineers, machine operators, skilled and semi-skilled workers. The administration part is handled by management professional who have wide expertise as administrators. Out quality assurance unit comprises of skillful quality experts and test engineers. We also have a dedicated team for research and development which includes expert R&D associates with ample research experience altogether.

 We possess a sophisticated manufacturing plant spread over an ample space of 35000 sq. feet with its two manufacturing units. It has the installed capacity of 30000 units. Our unit has four heavy machining and manufacturing workshops which admeasure 1800, 3400, 5700 and 6000 sq. m. respectively. These workshops are well equipped with latest machineries, equipments and handling facilities to meet the demands of completing several projects at a time.
 
In addition to these workshops, we also have testing facilities to carry out rigorous testing on our products. Our manufacturing assets are manned by experienced and well qualified workforce. Our in-house design unit helps us in providing customized solutions to our clients as per their required specifications for respective applications or establishment of industrial plants. In order to cater to the increasing demand from the industry, we are coming up with an additional world class manufacturing facility on 12 acres of land in near future.
