Selection Of Supplier:

Some of the prerequisites that we look for in our supplier are technical abilities like handwriting of product, factory layout, Infrastructure in terms of vertical set up, special type of machineries, efficient team to co-ordinate, Productivity team, financial strength and reputation based on years of experience. If our client opt a particular supplier, we can also coordinate with them.

Pre – production meeting:

A correct without ambiguous briefing is essential for a first time right product and proper execution of client’s orders. Our expert merchandiser and quality team members interact on a "one to one" basis with the suppliers to provide them a product briefing and explain the details related to design, measurement, levels of different process to be used etc.

Pre - production samples production:

The production of the ordered lot starts only after the pre production sample produced by the supplier is up to the mark and as per client’s specification. Pre production sample will be made only after our technician approves fit sample.

Pre-production sample is subjected to change by the client in design part, colors or any. Changes occur only when outcome and commercial value of the product is not up to the mark.

In-house quality check at our end:

Our quality controllers ensure that quality is maintained through out production process by in-line inspection.

Mass Production:

After the process and product is found out to be up to the mark, We instruct the suppliers to process mass production and our technician frequently visits the factory to ensure the quality as well our client specification is maintained. While the goods are being packed, Technicians will do the pre – final inspection before goods are inspected for final inspection.

Suppliers are usually advised to follow AQL 1.5 level in all their quality-checking systems. Therefore, quality of final merchandise will be met according to buyer requirements so that final inspectors will carry out smooth final inspection under AQL 2.5 level without any rejection. We ensure on-time deliveries to our clients.
