We manufacture leak testing equipment, also known as electronic leak detector. These conducts non-destructive tests in very small time and is independent of operator skills. It gives highly accurate and repetable results. Leak rate can be quantified. Leak testing equipment helps to detect very small leaks of the order 1 mm of WC. In order to check the physical integrity of components,it is essential that they are subjected to leak test before use in further assembly.

SSI has got collabration for marketing liquid level transmitters & indicators from M/S Xian Chinastar M&C Limited, The liquid level transmitters are rugged with water proof sealings, are explosionproof, are permeable & have hard wearing cables.

Liquid level transmitters & indicators are available in different ranges from 0-5m H20 to 0-500m H2o. Output are available 4-20MA on (two wire) and 0-5V on threewire, power supply required is 24V DC. The sensor has got over pressure range of 2.5 times the full scale value.

Operating temperature: 10 deg C to +60 deg C

We manufacture pressure sensors & pressure indicators. These precision bonded strain gauge, stainless steel construction meets the industrial environment and is fully temperature compensated. Choice of electrical and provides pressure connections sensitivity : 2 mV/V (or better). It is nof small size is of light weight.

SSI make Torsion testing machines also known as Torque testing machines are used for testing torsion of springs and other automobile components. We offer, two different types of sensors.

• Moving type torque sensor ( Inline Torque sensor)
• Stationary type torque sensor (Reaction type Torque sensor)

We can manufacture the torque sensors as per customer requirements from 0.5 Kgm to 1000 Kgm in different ranges. Our tourque indicators & controllers are micro-controller based with great features like:

The height checking machines is used to test height of cylindrical components coming out of production unit. Our height checking machine unit comprises of an indexing table and a fixture to hold the components. It also has a LVDT mounted on a pneumatic cylinder to check the height with an accuracy of + or - 5 microns. The unit has got capcity to hold 16 components at a time and starts checking one by one.
