Testing Machine

SSI has developed Inner cable elongation testing machines, Outer cable compression testing machines, buckling testing machines for major auto cable manufacturers. M/S Suparajit Engg Ltd., all the machines are manufactured to JASO standards .

The elongation testing machines unit has got a load cell of 2000 kg capacity, displacement sensor of range 0-300 mm along with a unique micro-controller based Alpha-numeric display unit,which will calculate the Total Elongation, Permanant Elongation & Plastic Elongation automatically by capturing displacement values at different  load values depending on the cable diameter under test.

SSI has developed, spring testing machines are designed specifically to suit the customer's requirement of load, displacement and size of the component to be tested along with suitable fixtures. The microcontroller based indicators measures both load and deflection on separate display.

LPG leak detector model is a compact electronic device which detects the presence of LPG or LNG in the air. It switches on a relay at less than 1/4th of LEL (Lower Explosive Level) thereby warning much before the escaped gas can pose a fire hazard. There is also a visual warning LED.

These machines are used to check the strength of end caps which are crimmped or Stampped by using a load cell ,Loadindiactor and pnemautic cylinders, Mostlu used in Automobile cables
