Resin Bonded Slab The uniformity of fiber distribution, the diameter of fibers, and the fiber lay pattern and bulk density is some special features of sunrock slab. Bonded slab consists of long fine fibers spun from molten natural rocks and bonded with a thermosetting resin. Slabs have the best combination of thermal insulation, fire protection and sound absorption properties. Resin Bonded Slabs laminated with aluminum foil backed with craft paper are also available for duct Insulation and solar power generation. APPLICATIONS : The excellent thermal resistance of Slabs is major factor for their use in Residential, Industrial Pipe & Process Insulation. Slab are highly resilient and easily regain their nominal thickness after removal if normal compressive load. MOISTURE RESISTANCE : Slabs are good resistant to water Vapor, most common salts and chemicals. When tested as per IS, BS and ASTM standards. The materials exhibits resistance to moisture absorption. ACOUSTIC PROPERTIES : Slabs provide excellent acoustical and noise reduction Co-efficient. Due to high noise reduction co-efficient, they are used in acoustic insulation work for auditoria, theatres, public place and industrial areas where noise reduction is required. COROSSION RESISTANCE : Slabs do not cause, initiate or promote any kind of corrosion. FLEXIBILITY :
Mattresses are very flexible. They will essentially retain thickness while conforming to any irregular shape. Retention of fibers by the wire mesh prevents cracking or breaking of mattresses. FIRE RESISTANCE : Incombustible when tested as per IS:3144. Melting point of fibers is above 1000c (1825F).

Machine Stitched And Laid Mattress The uniformity of fiber distribution, the diameter of fibers, the fiber lay pattern and bulk density are some special features of LRB Mattress. Lightly resin bonded mattresses (LRB) consists of fine fibers spun from selected rocks melted at high temperature and bonded with a thermosetting resin. They are Machine laid fiber lay pattern and are baked to form mattresses of predetermined density and thickness. Mattresses are then chopped slit and stitched to specified dimensions. LRB has excellent stability. It has controlled thickness and density resulting in predictable heat losses. - APPLICATIONS :
LRB mattresses are used for Hot & Cold insulation to conserve energy. It helps to maintain temperature and prevent condensation in process industries. also reduces noise levels when applied on such machines & buildings. Dust Catcher System We offer dust collector, which is technically designed to suit chemicals, sand shot blasting, fumes and various others applications. Our range of dust catchers are available with mechanical shaking and reverse pulse jet cleaning systems, bag type and cartridge type filters for filtration up to 3 micron size. These are engineered and manufactured as to suck dust from 100m3/hr for machine dust suction to 2000m3/hr system dust collection. Also, these are used in sucking up to 30000 m3/hr for collection of fine dust, cement, powder particles, fine coal particles etc in foundries, sponge iron plants, pharmaceuticals, coal mines and integrated steel plants.
