We offer our clients the hot insulation solution to different industries for their insulation needs. We use excellent grade materials like fiberglass, LRB, polyurethane foam, EPS, etc for these insulation. We can perform the hot insulation as the requirement of the client.

We also offer tank insulation, which is typically used on tanks, vessels and large-diameter pipes. Tank Insulation can be used for any curved or irregular surfaces that require finished characteristics of rigid fiber glass insulation. We use a semi-rigid fiber glass board in roll form faced with a factory-applied vapor retarder, or a glass mat facing. The glass fibers are adhered perpendicular to the jacketing for flexibility and easy installation.

We also offer our clients the oil furnace insulation, we use the high quality insulating material like carbon fiber insulation material, which is designed to perform at high temperatures, in vacuum and inert furnaces. Our insulation can perform even at maximum operating temperature of 3000oC, flexible, and is chemical resistance and can sustain attacks by molten metals and acids.

We also manufacture standard quality Ac GI ducting that are fit for both private as well as for commercial use in hotels, apartments, hospitals, office buildings and other deluxe high-rise buildings as apart of their air conveyance systems of central air conditioning units.

The fittings, accessories, attachments, components, and other goods are designed to form part of duct work are made up of high strength materials that are tested thoroughly for their non-combustible, mold resistant and leak proof qualities. They also ensure high degree of sound proofing and insulation.

Our range of best quality ducting is economical and durable. Providing durable and efficient performance for longer period of time, these ducting are in accordance with various Indian and international quality standards. We offer acoustically lined GI ducting with 50 mm acoustic insulation, which is fabricated out Of 25 SWG GI sheet, rock wool, fibroid paper and aluminium perforated sheet.

The uniformity of fiber distribution, the diameter of fibers, and the fiber lay pattern and bulk density is some special features of sunrock slab. Bonded slab consists of long fine fibers spun from molten natural rocks and bonded with a thermosetting resin.

Slabs have the best combination of thermal insulation, fire protection and sound absorption properties.

Resin Bonded Slabs laminated with aluminum foil backed with craft paper are also available for duct Insulation and solar power generation.

APPLICATIONS :
      The excellent thermal resistance of  Slabs is major factor for their use in Residential, Industrial Pipe & Process Insulation.      Thermal conductivity varies with the Temperature and Density of insulation as shown in the graph.

COMPRESSION RESISTANCE :
    Slab are highly resilient and easily regain their nominal thickness after removal if normal compressive load.

MOISTURE RESISTANCE :
    Slabs are good resistant to water Vapor, most common salts and chemicals. When tested as per IS, BS and ASTM standards. The materials exhibits resistance to moisture absorption.

ACOUSTIC PROPERTIES : 
Slabs provide excellent acoustical and noise reduction Co-efficient. Due to high noise reduction co-efficient, they are used in acoustic insulation work for auditoria, theatres, public place and industrial areas where noise reduction is required.

 COROSSION RESISTANCE :
     Slabs do not cause, initiate or promote any kind of corrosion.

 FLEXIBILITY :
     Mattresses are very flexible. They will essentially retain thickness while conforming to any irregular shape. Retention of fibers by the wire mesh prevents cracking or breaking of mattresses. 

FIRE RESISTANCE :
      Incombustible when tested as per IS:3144. Melting point of fibers is above 1000c (1825F).

 

Slabs are designed for a wide range of applications, at both high and low service temperatures. It can be used on flat or slightly curved surfaces for thermal and acoustic insulation. They are also suitable for thermal insulation of ducts, large vessels, cavity wall, curtain wall and sandwich panels. 

Service Temperature:

Slabs when tested in accordance with DIN 52271 can withstand temperatures up to 750° C.

Fire-Safety:

Slabs are non combustible when tested in accordance with BS - 476 Part 4 and ASTM E -136.

Facing:

Slabs are available with Black glass tissue, Reinforced aluminium foil, Kraft paper and Glass cloth facings.

Thermal conductivity:

Slabs show remarkably low thermal conductivity values,when tested in accordance with BS 874 : 1986.

Moisture:

Non-hygroscopic and non-capillary, it does not absorb any moisture from the air nor does moisture have any effect on the stability of the slabs.Water repellent slabs available on request.

Density:

Available from 48kg/m³ - 200 kg/m³ densities, and size of 1.0 meters x 0.6 meters. Non-standard sizes available on request.

Packing:
 

The uniformity of fiber distribution, the diameter of fibers, the fiber lay pattern and bulk density are some special features of LRB Mattress. Lightly resin bonded mattresses (LRB) consists of fine fibers spun from selected rocks melted at high temperature and bonded with a thermosetting resin. They are Machine laid fiber lay pattern and are baked to form mattresses of predetermined density and thickness.
Mattresses are then chopped slit and stitched to specified dimensions.  LRB has excellent stability. It has controlled thickness and density resulting in predictable heat losses.

• APPLICATIONS :
        LRB mattresses are used for Hot & Cold insulation to conserve energy. It helps to maintain temperature and prevent condensation in process industries.

We manufacture a range of blowers that are fabricated from superior quality raw materials like mild steel. These blowers consist of dynamically balanced impeller. These impellers revolves in as stator - cum compression chamber and have very fine clearance between them. These impellers are fitted directly on to the motor. The suction and pressure openings on the outer periphery of the stator helps in reducing impedance to the air flow thereby developing vacuum and pressure. Our blowers do not require any lubrication. Having no friction, these air is absolutely oil free. Compact in size, our blowers come with silencer that ensures low noise.
