Spiratec Sensor Chamber

A leaking trap is a liability. In an average process industry, one bad trap can leak up to 9 tonnes of steam per year! The R2T is an automatic steam trap monitor for 2 steam traps. It indicates when steam wastage or water logging occurs at any one of the traps being monitored. The R2T connects to a Steam Leak and Water log Sensor fitted in a Spiratec Sensor Chamber at each steam trap. The "Fail" and "Green" light on a continuously operating R2T will indicate at a glance whether both the traps are operating correctly. A digital temperature indicator monitors process condensate temperature.
