SFRC Covers

Before the Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete (SFRC) manhole covers arrived into the market the public, private and government organizations preferred cast iron manhole covers & frames for the drainage systems, despite their high cost. These were preferred because of their good load capacity. Besides, there was not an alternative to the cast iron manhole covers and frames. The scrap value of the Cast Iron (C.I.) these products fetch had made them an easy target for thieves.

There has been a rapid development in this field and a variety of sewer products made of Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete (SFRC) started arriving into the market and swept the cast iron products away from the market.

SFRC Manhole Covers provide the same reliability as the cast iron products do, cost 40 % less than do the cast iron products and evade the threat of their being stolen

SFRC Covers - Circular

We manufacture Round Heavy Duty Circular Manholes which are circular covers, and do not require rotation for alignment when covering a circular manhole. These manholes are particularly useful as these are waterproof, corrosion resistant and sturdy. The weight of these manholes keeps them in place when traffic passes over them. A manhole cover sits on metal base, with a smaller inset rim which fits the cover. We also offer customization on our entire range and can manufacture products in accordance with client specifications.
