Our Designing Potential

We are one of the successful names in this high growth industry to have our own in-house designing unit. We follow all necessary design procedures as given by client's specifications. At our designing stage, we make the best use of CAD facility along with AUTO CAD softwares to design the blueprint of various high quality precision components. Using the best facility for CNC machining support, we also design our jigs and fixtures as per client's needs. Our in-house design capabilities allow us to modify our products as necessary to meet our clients' specific needs. Through our optimized design approach we provide our client the best products and specifications that precisely match to product performance requirements.

Our Management:

Setting new benchmarks in the Indian auto component industry, our firm is guided by Mr.V.K. Khanna. He is a mechanical engineer, and has worked for 40 years in prominent engineering industries. The day-to-day work of our firm is looked after by Mr.Bharat Khanna, who is also a mechanical engineer and has 7 years of experience in telco, the leading commercial vehicle manufacturer of India.

Our Production Unit

The growing demand for cost effective product has been the driving force for us and to meet this objective we have developed best production unit. Built across 3200 sq. meters. Our production unit is modernized with the extensive use of contemporary machines making our products technologically superior. We have our own in-house machining shop facilitated with flexible CNC machines and have the capacity to machine jobs with diameter up to 400 mm. Our production unit also has good tie-up arrangements with casting & forgings units, Investment casting units and other steel manufacturers. Following kan ban system in our supplies, we also have kaizen exercises in our shop floor. Some of the most important facilities that are installed at our production unit are:

CNC Machining facility with CNC turning & machining centers.
State-of-the-art CNC induction hardening setup.
Angular wheel head grinding facility with MARPOSS gauging system.
