It is an electromagnetically operated heat sealing system for sealing laminated foil lid (seal) on the top of plastic cups glasses, jars & bottles. Its special feature is the Digital temperature controlled heater plate designed for uniform heating and preventing heat loss. Easy placement of plastic cup, glass & bottle below the heater plate. Then place the aluminum foil lid on the top of cup or glass and place the plastic cup or glass below the brass heater plate and press a push button switch after which the pressure is automatically applied till the duration of the built-in electronic timer preset and completion of sealing followed by release of pressure for next cycle. Digital Timer to set the repeat operation. All movement parts are made of gunmetal to prevent friction loss and Stainless steel body to prevent corrosion from spillage sealing time with to start the repeat operation. Stainless steel body to prevent corrosion.Suitable for packaging mineral water, milk, lassie, ice cream, yoghurt(dahi), fruit juice, ghee, oil, fruit pulp, perishable products, jam & jelly, sauce, pickles, honey, sweets, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals products , pesticides, liquid soaps, inks, adhesives, paints, grease & lubricants, blister packs etc.

It is a hand operated low cost system for sealing plastic cup, glasses, bottles , jars, jerry cans & containers with laminated aluminum foil lids on the top with flat heater plate by applying pressure through the handle bar. Heating is controlled through energy regulator.
Advantages of sealing containers: The package becomes pilfer proof and air tight and in many cases product's shelf life increases many folds.
