Available with us, is a highly functional range of rotary limit switch that is used for controlling the movement of industrial machinery. These rotary limit switches are used for heavy-duty applications as these are operated as auxiliary controllers of electrical motors through a power interface (Like a contractor or PLC). The revolution ratios of these switches range between 1:1 and 1:1000 due to the use of different combination of gear wheels between the input shaft and the output shaft. These rotary limit switches can be customized with labels and colours to meet the variegated requirements of our clients.

These switches are provided with the following accessories:

• Shaft is connected to the motor for starting the predetermined movement
• Worm gear and helical toothed gear combined with one or more pairs of straight toothed gears (for the transmission of the movement from the input shaft to the output shaft)
• Integrated with transmission and gear driving shafts (stainless steel) to prevent oxidation and wear
• Gear wheels and driving bushes made of self-lubricating thermoplastic material for reducing the wear and maintaining the accuracy of the couplings
• Sintered bronze bushes moulded into the base of the limit switch for optimizing the shaft rotation and preventing rubbing with plastic material
• Cam adjusting screws for setting the accuracy
• Positive opening type auxiliary switches for safety functions
