• Procured wooden logs are being peeled and chopped for splints.
• Procured card board reels are printed using high speed German printing machines & the friction is done on the outer boxes using the best chemicals through Shambone process
• Raw splints are impregnated, polished and dipped into several chemical tanks to ensure consumer safety
• The dipped splints are filled in the inner boxes and closed with outer boxes and well packed in strong cartons.
