| | Fractional Distillation Unit Fractional distillation unit is used to fractionally distil multi - component mixtures at atmospheric pressure as well as at reduced pressures with high efficiency.
Capacity: 50 Ltrs. To 5000 Ltrs. Reboiler with 5 to 30 theoretical stages.
Features:
- Reboiler is provided with mechanical agitator to accomplish uniform boil up of the mixture without localized heating & hence avoiding thermal shocks.
- Controlled heating facility ensures fairly uniform boil up rates &avoids over heating.
- Unique reflux distribution system with control panel & adjustable program ensures high efficiency of separation.
- Appropriate design of sub cooler ensures the entire material to be sub cooled to desired temperature before it is withdrawn.

- Simple distillation unit is a general purpose batch unit which is operated at atmospheric pressure.
- The unit is complete with a spherical vessel, drain valve, heating bath, thermometer pocket, liquid inlet, vapour pipeline and a coil condenser.
- A receiver with drain valve can be added below condenser if require. Refer Selection chart for different options available for heating system, vessel and receiver.
- Heating bath heats and evaporates the contents of the vessel. The vapours are then condensed in the condenser, and are collected in a container or a receiver.

| | Reaction Distillation Unit We manufacture a wide gamut of reaction distillation unit which are
precision engineered to provide maximum satisfaction to our clients.
This unit is operated under vacuum. Features
- General purpose batch reaction distillation unit to be operated at atmospheric pressure or vaccum.
- This unit is provided with agitator and liquid addition vessel.
- The unit is complete with a spherical vessel, drain valve, heating bath, thermometer pocket, liquid addition vessel, agitator, packed column, a coil condenser, product cooler and twin receivers.
- Refer selection chart for different options available for heating system vessel, stirrers and drives, speed regulators and receivers.

| Liquid Extraction Unit Our liquid extraction unit is designed for liquid-liquid extraction as a means of seperation. in order to carry out the process the liquid is treated with solvent of different density. This extraction unit is equipped with following features; Features:
- Semi-batch unit designed for liquid-liquid extraction as a means of seperation. Liquid to be extracted should be treated with solvent of different density.
- The liquid mixture is poured in the extraction vessel. Solvent in the reactor is boiled and condensed, and passed to the extraction vessel, from where liquid is extracted and is mixed with the solvent and passes to the reboiler.
- The process is repeated until extraction is complete. Solution is again evaporated to obtain the extract.
- The unit is complete with spherical vessel, heating bath, condenser, reflux divider, extraction vessel and necessary pipelines and valves.
- The unit can be supplied with solvent feed either from the top or from the bottom, or with common arrangement.

| | Solid-Liquid Extraction Unit Our solid- liquid extraction unit is well designed for solid extraction, liquid to be extracted is treated with solvent of different density. This extraction unit is equipped with following features. Features

- The solid to be extracted is put inside a glass fibre bag and is placed in the extraction vessel.
- Solvent in the reactor is boiled and condensed, and passed to the extraction vessel, from where extract is mixed with the solvent and passes to the reboiler.
- The process is repeated until extraction is complete. Solution is again evaporated to obtain the extract.
- The unit is complete with spherical vessel, heating bath, condenser, reflux divider, extraction vessel and necessary pipelines and valves.

| | HCL Absorption Column HCL absorption columns are used for absorption of hydrochloric gas which statutorily are not permitted to vent into the atmosphere, and to produce the HCL acid.
The column is constructed with a series of packed sections, a gas introduction point below that, a condenser on the top, and a cooler at the bottom. Make water is sprayed from the top and acid is collected from the bottom.

| | Laboratory Vessels & Stirrers Laboratory Vessels are the basis of many processing units. They are used as reactors, receivers, separators, measuring or feed vessels and as re-boilers for stills and circulatory evaporators.
Two basic types of vessels are available:
- Spherical vessels from 2 to 200 liters in capacity
- Cylindrical vessels from 2 to 300 liters in capacity
They are supplied with standard numbers and sizes of side and outlet branches to meet most of the processing unit’s requirement . Types of Vessels & Stirrers:

| Glass Valves Glass Valves form an essential part of any process plant in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food/drink and allied industries.
The valve bodies are constructed from borosilicate glass and the bellows and plugs are of PTFE thus ensuring maximum resistance to corrosion.
