We manufacture Dough Rounder machine that is widely preferred in FMCG and baking industries. This machine is equipped with a rotating cone and spiral aluminum tracks around it. The rounder machine will round the dough pieces after dividing that helps to handle soft and non standard dough for automatic operation. It can be connected to a dough divider and to a first prover.

The cone of dough rounder has ridges and the aluminum tracks, which are adjustable. Our machines also have built-in blower with cold air that prevents the piece from sticking.

Capacity

Firing Chamber
  • To conserve heat and increase efficiency, the firing chamber is insulated with mineral wool filled from outside
  • The shell of the firing chamber is fabricated using stainless steel. The oven can maintain temperature up to 350° and the temperature further rises from room temperature to 225° in just 25 minutes
Heat Circulation
  • The hot air is distributed evenly into the oven by a blower fan and the oven's rotary movements provide even & uniform baking at all levels of the rack
