All the biscuits are manually fed into the conveyor and after that process nylon lugs carry biscuits through the adjustable folding box along with biscuits paper for center seal, by the pair of hot sealing rollers. End sealing and cutting is done by rotating hot jaw.

Our Family Pack Machine is mainly designed for packing round, square, rectangular of biscuits (300/400 gm.). The biscuits are fed into hopper and the automatic pusher feeding arrangement takes the required biscuits as per stack length and pushes the biscuits smoothly into main feeding conveyor. Later on, steel rod carries the biscuits through the adjustable folding box along with the biscuits paper for center seal by the pair of hot sealing rollers. The end sealing and cutting is done by rotating hot jaw.
