We offer tin printing machine with wicket chain conveyor, which is made for drying printed coated tin and aluminum sheets. In this oven, the temperature profile is maintained uniformly by automatic temperature controller that operates the automatic oil & gas fired burner. We provide wickets and chain conveyor for all types of traveling oven.

This Oven is specially designed for Drying Printed / Coated Tin or Aluminum Sheets.

This Continuous Traveling Tunnel type Ovens works with special designed Wicket Chain Conveyor for carrying Drying printed / Coated Tin and Aluminum Sheets through the tunnel oven in which the temperature varies up to 110 to 150 C.

The temperature profile is maintained uniformly by Automatic Temperature Controller which operates the Burner.

 

These Ovens are Compactable with Any Printing Machines of various Brands Like Primex Japan, YODOGAWA Japan.

We supply Sheet Unloaded that is designed to form part of a high-speed printing of coating line.

Our sheet unloaded is equipped with an extraction conveyor, a center conveyor and a sheet stacker, together with a built-in control panel.

This equipment is capable of operating at speeds of between 3,000 to 8,500 sheets an hour, depending on size and material.

This is specially constructed for heavy duty services & operations and efficiently handles tinplate or aluminum.

Operation:

• As the oven wickets move around the end sprockets of the oven and reach a horizontal position, the sheets are withdrawn by the belts of the extraction conveyor
• These are then forwarded along the belts and on to the four-belt centre conveyor, a drop wheel and two bowing discs bowing them slightly as these move along the belts to assist transfer to the stacker
• This not only ensures a-neat stack, but also prevents damage to the sheets as it enters the stacker at speed. The stack height is automatically maintained at the correct level for receiving each sheet
