DESCRIPTION OF SOME OF THE KEY PROJECTS EXECUTED BY THE COMPANY :-

M/s.K.G.GLUCO BOILS LTD., Karnataka[Now taken over by Riddhi Siddhi Starch] :

M/s. Associated Engineering Company was the major Equipment Supplier of this Plant and we were Process Consultant to A.E.C. We were responsible for entire Design of Plant. This unit was a joint venture of M/s.Glaxo India Ltd., and Karnataka State Industrial Development Corpn. We have worked in the entire project with close association of U.K.Glaxo. Mr. S. K. Tiwari also visited Starch Plant of M/s.Glaxo Pakistan in Lahore to study the Process Design on the request of M/s.Glaxo India Ltd.

M/s.INDIAN MAIZE & CHEMICALS LTD, Uttar Pradesh :

M/s. Starcossa W.Germany was the Consultant to this Project. We were local Consultant and rendered our services under close confidence with IMCL and Starcossa, W.Germany. We also supplied certain Key Equipments.

M/s.BHARAT STARCH & CHEMICALS LTD., Haryana :

We were the know-how supplier & Process Consultant for the production of 20 TPD of Liquid Glucose Plant. The capacity was later increased to 30 TPD. We were also the Consultant for the expansion of Starch and Sorbitol Plant. We have supplied certain Key Equipments for this Project.

M/s.RAJARAM BROTHERS, Madhya Pradesh :

We were the Consultant for the expansion and modernization of their Starch & Dextrose Plant and also supplied the Basic Engineering Package for the Sorbitol Plant.

M/s.SUKHJIT STARCH & CHEMICALS LTD, Phagwara :

We supplied Jet Cooker and System Design in connection with the modernisation of their Starch Liquefaction System for the production of Dextrose Monohydrate. We have also supplied certain key equipments for the expansion of Starch Plant and as and when required we are Consultants for the expansion and modernization activities of their Phagwara Unit.

M/s. KASYAP SWEETENERS LTD., Madhya Pradesh :

We have supplied the Technical Know-how for setting up Starch Plant, having a capacity of 20 TPD Corn Grinding for captive consumption, further we assisted to increase the capacity to 150 TPD Corn Grinding. Also we have supplied certain Key Equipments. We were also involved in the start up and commissioning and trouble shooting of their Sorbitol Plant.

M/s. ANIL STARCH PRODUCTS LTD. Ahmadabad :

We have supplied Jet Cooker for their Dextrose Monohydrate Plant in connection with the modernization of Liquefaction System

M/s.SAHYADRI STARCH & AUXICHEM PVT.LTD., Maharashtra:

We have supplied Know-how for the manufacturing of 30 TPD of Maize Grinding and the Key Equipment for the Project.

We have been retained as Technology Supplier & Consultant for the complete implementation of the project for the production of Starch, Liquid Glucose, Maltodextrine & Sorbitol (completed in 2009).
