Construction:
Brake Motors are used for various applications where instantaneous stopping of the driven load is required. The operation of the brake is 'FAIL SAFE TYPE' i.e. normally on. The brake is applied when the power to the motor is cut off or power to the motor is switched off or if power failure occurs.

Brake Motor is a combination of an AC induction motor and an EMCO electro-magnetic AC or DC brake. The EM brake is mounted on the non driving end of the motor. A cooling fan is mounted after the brake which ensures good heat dissipation and cooling of the brake and motor as well.

SMV Series of vibrator motors are specially developed for variable individual application to suit all working environments. The Vibrator motor develops centrifugal force from 5 kg (50N) to as much as 6000 kg(60000N)

Practical experiments and the fatigue tests to which the individual or assembled components forming the electric vibrators are continually subjected have allowed our engineers to define the most appropriate materials to use, the best shape for parts themselves and the utmost resistance to wear.
