Research Polarimeter

We manufacture research polarimeter which is used in medical, pharmaceutical and chemical research laboratories. It consists of a imported half shade nicol polariser, analyser, 100 mm. diameter circular scale divided in degrees 0-360° x 1° and a sugar scale divided -30° to + 130° x 1° ISS, a divided micrometer drum is given to read 0.05° and 0.1° ISS. The scale is properly illuminated for taking readings, the body is very sturdy and a separate sodium lamp stand is provided. Complete with products/Polarimeter tube, bobble traps at the centre, 200 mm. without sodium lamp, stand and transformer.

We manufacture and export laboratory hot plate round. Its body is made of PC.RC. sheet which is duly painted with attractive stove enamel. The top cast iron heating plate is round having 20 cm. dia, with heating elements of 1.5 KW rating. The temperature is controlled by energy regulator upto 350°C.

We can easily fabricate rectangular water bath which has single wall, concentric rings and inner chamber for evaporating liquids like alcohol or for melting solids such as agar. Concentric rings can be removed to accommodate containers to various size. The single walled chamber is made of the stainless steel. The concentric rings are chrome plated. It is suitable to operate on 220V, Single phase, 50Hz, AC supply current.

We manufacture lab equipment which is most useful for sterlizing the loaded material under a steam pressure of 10 psi to 20 p.s.i. (adjustable). It has inner chamber, steam jacket and outer all made of S.S. duly argon arc welded. The space between outer and steam jacket is filled with high grade glass wool to minimize the temperature loss. All sterlizers are hydraulically tested upto 40 p.s.i. The lid is made of thick Stainless steel/ Gun Metal and closed by wing nut/radial type closing arrangement. Fitted with a gasket made of neoprere rubber, safety value, water level indicator, steam release valve. pressure gauge and S.S. Basket. This equipment is also supplied with cord and plug to work on 220/230 volts A.C. supply and fitted with vacuum breaker as a safety device.



Hot Air Oven

We manufacture hot air oven which are sturdy double walled units with outer chamber made of M.S. Sheet duly enamel painted with inner made up of anodised aluminium of S.S Sheet. The gap between inner and outer chamber is filled with high grade glass wool to avoid thermal losses. Beaded heating elements are placed in ribs, at bottom and sides, inner chamber is provided with ribs for adjusting performed shelves to convenient height. Their temperature is controlled by hydraulic type capillary thermostat from 50o C to 250o Accuracy± 1o C. an L- shaped prismatic thermometer is fitted to the unit for reading the chamber temperature Air Ventilators are also provided on the sides of the unit. They work on 220/230 volts A.C.

We manufacture oven and incubator combined which consists of two chambers. The lower chamber works as incubator and the upper chamber works as oven. Temperature of both the chambers is controlled separately by individual solid state temperature controller-cum-indicators. These incubators are fitted with air circulation fan for temperature uniformity.

We manufacture Horizontal Laminar Flow Clean Air Cabinets. They have modular construction, combining aesthetic appeal with functional utility & efficiency. These are designed to meet illumination, Noise & Vibration requirements & US Federal Standard 209 B (BS 5295), providing air to meet class (class I) conditions, to the extent applicable.

They are ideal for microbiological manipulations, work with bioassays. sterility testing & research work vial filling & bunging operation in parenteral units & for general dry& processing work in semiconductor industry etc. They also provide a comfortable 'sit down' working position for the operators.
  • Construction: All Laminar Flow Clean Air cabinets are constructed out of teak wood board, which is termite & insect proof, fire retardant & weather resistant. All exterior surfaces are covered with white Laminates. Interior surfaces are epoxy painted. Work table is made of mica top & side panels. Work table is made of mica top and transparent plexiglass.
  • Air Flow and Filtration: Laminar Flow Principle involves double fitration of air. Atomospheric air is drawn through pre filter & is made to pass through highly effective HEPA (High Efficiency Particular Air) filters having efficiency rating as high as 99.99% with cold DOP & 99.97% with hot DOP. thus retaining all airborne particles of size 0.3 micron and larger. Double filtered air blows in laminar flow through the work table at designed velocity of 90 ft. min ±20%.
  • Blower Motor Assembly: Duly balanced, direct drive motor blower units sized to provide adequate air flow volume over the entire surface of HEPA filter. Fitted with reputed make motor & operates with minimum noise level i.e. lower than 65 db on scale & vibration less than 2.5 um.

We manufacture student polarimeter which consists of laurent half shade, polariser, analyser, brass scale graduated from 0 to 360° or 0.180 with vernier reading 6" and accommodates a 200 mm. glass tube. It is packed in a card board box.



Rapipol Extractor

We manufacture rapipol extractor which consists of mixing cum disintegrating blades fixed to a shaft housed in well spaced ball bearings and bearing bracket. A stainless steel vessel for holding the sample is provided alongwith the unit. The unit is driven through V belt and pulleys by an electric motor, a suitable time switch and starter for the motor are supplied alongwith the machine, which are fitted in a compact case. The unit is mounted on a M.S. Stand.

Principle:

The Rapi Pol Extractor is a mixer cum disintegrated developed for the quick determination of pol% in cane and mill baggases and fibre% in cane and bagasse, Cold water is used for the extraction of pol and for determination of fibre, hence the method is called as cold water dissection method which fairly tallies with the conventional hot water digestion method of NOEL DEERR.

Operation:

For finding pol in cane or bagasse a weighed quantity of the sample alongwith the predetermined quantity of water is disintegrated and mixed in the vessel for a set time. The homogeneous liquid thus formed is filtered lead sub acetate and is polarised for the pol reading. For determining fibre in cane or bagasse the above process for a particular sample is repeated or three quantity of water. The liquid is decanted every time and the fibrous material is dried in the bagasse drier and weighted for finding the fibre%.
