We are engaged in manufacturing and supplying a wide range of Rapi pole Extractor that is a type of a mixer cum disintegrated. It is especially developed for quick determination of pol% in cane and mill baggases and fibre% in cane and bagasse. The cold water is used for extracting the pol and for determination of fibre. Thus, the method is known as cold water dissection that tallies with the conventional hot water digestion method of Noel Deerr.

Construction: It has mixing cum disintegrating blades fixed to a shaft housed in well spaced ball bearings and bearing bracket. For holding the samples, a stainless steel vessel is offered with the unit. Driven through V belt and pulleys by an electric motor, the unit is fitted with a suitable time switch. Further, a starter is offered for the motor along with the machine, which is fitted in a compact case. The unit is mounted on a M.S. stand.

Operation: For finding pol in cane or bagasse a weighed quantity of the sample along with the predetermined quantity of water is disintegrated and mixed in the vessel for a set time. Thus, the homogeneous liquid formed is filtered by adding lead sub acetate and is polarized for the pol reading. The cane sample takes about Twelve minutes where as the bagasse sample takes only about Five minutes. To determine fibre in cane or bagasse the above process for a particular sample is repeated or three quantity of water. The liquid is decanted and the fiberous material is dried in the bagasse drier and weighted for finding the fibre%.
