Autoclaves We are offering laboratory Autoclave (Vertical) DR 123 that are perfect to use for sterilization under saturated pressure at any selected point between 10 to 20 P.S.I.(adjustable). The inner chamber (Boiler) is manufactured using 18 S.W.G. stainless steel and the outer chamber is covered with S.S.Lid is tightened by wing nuts/radial locking system (AS ORDERED). All the systems are tested up to 40 P.S.I. as a safety measure; the Autoclave is equipped with neoprene rubber gasket. Our laboratory Autoclave (Vertical) DR 123 is offered with standard accessories such as water indicator, pressure gauge, steam release cock, spring loaded safety valve and heating element. Further, the clients can also avail these with S.S basket, cord and plug to work on 220/230 volts A.C. supply. These models besides being fitted with Stainless Steel/Gunmetal Ltd. and having inner chamber made of S.S. and outer chamber covered with stainless steel are also fitted with vacuum breaker as a safety device. Optional accessories: Automatic cut-off device Hot Air Oven We manufacture hot air ovens which are sturdy double walled units with outer chamber made of M.S. Sheet duly enamel painted with inner made up of anodized aluminium of S.S sheet. The gap between inner and outer chamber is filled with high grade glass wool to avoid thermal losses. Beaded heating elements are placed in ribs, at bottom and sides, inner chamber is provided with ribs for adjusting performed shelves to convenient height. The temperature of hot air oven is controlled by hydraulic type capillary thermostat from 50o C to 250o accuracy± 1o C. An L- shaped prismatic thermometer is fitted to the hot air oven for reading the chamber temperature. Air ventilators are also provided on the sides of the unit. They work on 220/230 volts A.C. Hot Plate Round We manufacture and export laboratory hot plate round. Its body is made of PC.RC. sheet which is duly painted with attractive stove enamel. The top cast iron heating plate is round having 20 cm. dia, with heating elements of 1.5 KW rating. The temperature in hot plate round is controlled by energy regulator upto 350°C. Laminar Air Flow Bench We manufacture horizontal laminar air flow bench. These laminar air flow bench have modular construction, combining aesthetic appeal with functional utility & efficiency. Oven And Incubator Combined We manufacture oven and incubator combined which consists of two chambers. The lower chamber works as incubator and the upper chamber works as oven. Temperature of both the chambers is controlled separately by individual solid state temperature controller-cum-indicators. Our Hot Air Oven DR 101 that is considered ideal to use for temperature up to 250 Deg C for chemicals, research institutions, industries, hospitals & R & D centers and glassware in laboratories. These ovens find wide applications such as heating, drying and sterilizing 7 baking. Construction: Manufactured using mild steel, often with strong seamless welding and covered with a thick layer of stoved epoxypolyster paint, these are assured to have high quality standards. These offer strong, high screech and heat resistant surface for a long lasting attractive finish. In order to eliminate sharp edges, the internal surfaces (including of the doors) are manufactured from either aluminum or stainless steel. To prevent heat loss, the double walled chamber is occupied with frade insulation. Elements are of the sheathed black heat type are put inside beads & placed at the bottom & in both the side ribs are placed for uniform temperature. Incubators (Bacteriological) DR 109: We provide standard double wall fabrication for our range of Incubators that is assured to have high quality standards. Fitted with inner chamber manufactured using anodized aluminum or polished stainless steel sheet, these also have an outer chamber. The outer chamber is manufactured using thick mild steel sheet finished in white powder coating paint. For observation in the chamber, these are equipped with double wall door with double glass window.
