Magnetic Pulleys Our range of magnetic pulleys are mainly used as head pulleys in belt continuous and automatic removal of tramp metal from material flow. As the tramp metal contaminated material comes within the pulley’s magnetic field, the ferrous tramp gets attracted and is held to e belt till it reaches the underside. The cleaned and non-magnetic material gets discharged over the pulley in a vertical drop. The encompassing array of our powerful permanent magnet separation pulleys meet the specific size and installation needs of most conveyor system applications. Our permanent magnet pulleys provide effective solutions for metal removal and are provided in four different hub styles such as:

Magnets Measuring Devices - Digital Gauss Meter Model S – 20
- It is a low cost digital table top instrument used for measuring D.C. magnetic fields. This model has a built in calibration facility ensuring a quick check of calibration. The controls are mounted on the front panel and are clearly designed. An attractive plastic cabinet with carrying cum tilt bracket takes make the instrument light in weight and portable. LED display gives direct reading with 1 Gauss resolution on the 2k range and 10 Gauss resolution on the 20 K range. The unit is supplied with a Calibrated transverse Hall Probe of 50 mmx 1.5mm with the actual sensing area of 1 sq.mm from the tip.
