Steel Inserts  
Steel inserts are used to install threads in sheet or plate metal where a drilled and tapped thread is not an option. These are available with open and closed-end cold-forged zinc-plated steel (with yellow dichromate conversion coating) and 302 stainless steel blind rivet nuts in flat head, reduced (low profile) head and semi-hex body styles. |

Hexagonal Inserts

brass or stainless steel nut permanently bonded within. These are widely used to reduce vibration and absorbing shock and noise. Nylon Inserts
We offer nylon inserts, which are used for fastening of tow thin walled surfaces. These consists of a knurled aluminium alloy nut housed in tapped wall nylon cage, which can be inserted with finger press into a drilled or stamped hole. Further, driving a screw with specified size & length into the nut during assembly draws the nut up, expanding the wall of the cage and locking the nut into the hole. |
