Powder Coating Activity can be broadly divided into conveyorised plants & batch plants. We offer clients batch type powder coating plants. These are designed and developed to deliver optimized energy usage. Further, these batch type powder coating plants deliver high powder coating quality and process efficiency and delivers optimized overall performance. Batch plants are based on premise that both coating as well as curing process is optimized on batch size. Batch plant consists of pretreatment tanks, applicators, recovery booth, curing oven and the material handling system.
Powder Batch Plant includes optimization of energy, time, space and finishing:

Besides pretreatment, batch plant consists of applicators, recovery booth, curing oven & material handling systems.
Applicator:
· Depending on production volume as well as article geometry, applicator and its accessories are selected
· In case of automatic plants, accessories like recycling system or sieving machine can also be integrated
Recovery Booth:
· Booth size, article entry direction and number and sizes of operator cutouts are decided according to the production rate and article geometry, size, type, weight.
Curing Oven:
· Optimization of energy through good quality insulation & uniform distribution of hot air flow that provides high quality and process efficiency.
· Air changes per minute are optimized for energy saving.
Material Handling:
· A batch plant material handling system comprises of over-head track & lose trolley or ground trolley
· Track and trolley is used for lighter articles which are hung on jigs in big numbers
· Ground trolley is used for heavy components
· In both cases, complete loop of either overhead track or ground rails can be designed depending on space availability.
