Achievements
Effective December 2002, Siksha became the Sole Country Representative of TELEPHONE DOCTOR, USA in India and other SAARC countries
Effective April 2004, Siksha upgraded its infrastructure to 7,500 sq.ft office space, operating round-the-clock over 2 floors in a prime location at Queens Road, Bangalore. The fully air-conditioned office premises include state-of-the-art training facilities, dedicated parking space and a rooftop cafeteria.
In January 2005, Siksha opened its branch office at Greams Road in Chennai. The fully air-conditioned office is capable of operating round-the-clock, with a fully equipped dedicated training facility spread over 3000 sq. ft of space, dedicated parking space, and able to accommodate up to 120 trainees comfortably at a time.
Siksha has made inroads into the corporate training field with workshops conducted for Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, Hindustan Lever Limited, Johnson & Johnson Vision care, Reuters, American Express, Mckinsey - Visual Graphics, Platinum Guild International and others.

Jitendra Vaswani heads SIKSHA as Chairman and Managing Director. His invaluable experience of more than 17 years in the Sales and Service Industry has provided him great exposure and expertise both in the Domestic and International Markets. His experience as a Consultant-trainer has helped him gain deep understanding of various businesses and thereby application of relevant Systems and processes through people development initiatives. Also, he has been trained by Motorola University on Six Sigma and been in the core team for ISO systems and processes certification. Jitendra has conducted customized workshops on varied topics like Retail and Consultative Selling Skills, Key account and Channel Management, Leadership and Business Acumen, Process Consulting, Presentation Skills, Negotiation Skills, Service skills for Corporates.
Padmaja
heads SIKSHA as Joint Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. Her invaluable experience of more than 14 years in the Service Industry has provided her great exposure and expertise to effectively setup SIKSHA as a name to reckon with in the Indian Market. Having been trained and certified by Telephone Doctor-USA as a trainer in Customer Service, She also holds Trainer certification from Time Manager International - Denmark. She has been trained in NLP, FIRO, MBTI, Corporate Breakthrough Strategies, Leadership Empowerment and many other specialized areas. As a Trainer specialized in Customer Interaction Management, Padmaja has partnered with various MNC s' and Indian Corporates . She has also created several customized knowledge blocks in this area.
Jagadish Subramanian is Director- Projects and Operations at Siksha. He has been the driving force behind SIKSHA's expansion and growth plans. Jagadish began his career working for American Airlines in the US and later, moved on to managing his own fractional Aircraft ownership company . Jagadish moved to India in the year 1999 as a Country Manager in India, for a French Company, manufacturing Laser based machine tools. His extensive work experience of over 17 years in the Sales and Service industry both in India and the US, has helped SIKSHA map its strategic growth plans within India and abroad.
