While the dies are currently made on conventional machines using copy lathes and EDM, addition of VMCs is planned in the near future. For such components that are outsourced for part machining additional quality inspection is done at both the ends. Our quality system allows us to outsource castings and rubberized components in order to manufacture complex assemblies for our clients.
