Outer Body: A fully Mig welded, multi-corner single/two joint construction makes the body. All five sides and the door of the safe are armored with a specially formulated barrier material which is encased between strong 5mm outer and 2mm inner steel body which can withstand the attacks of sledgehammers, power drill, chisel and a fall from greater height. The overall body thickness on all five sides is 100mm (approx) including barrier materials which offers fire as well as burglar resistance as per IS:550 (2005). Door: The most attacked portion of a safe, the safe door is made of 12mm heavy thick and tough steel plate reinforced with oxy-acetylene, drill resistant alloy plate and specially formulated barrier material. Overall thickness of the door will be 145mm to 150mm. Bolt Work Mechanism: The door is provided with solid flanged of 5mm steel plates on four sides, forming a lock case. Depending on the size of safe have varying number of 32mm dia. shooting bolts as per IS:550 (2005). Strong movable shooting bolt are evenly spaced to secure the door on the two sides, which make it impossible to dislodge the door by cutting through the hinge. Any pressure exerted on the lock bolt on one side automatically bring into play equal balancing pressure on the opposite side to neutralize and defeat the attempts to dislodge the lock. A two-step lock case construction offers better resistant again the fire and burglar attacks. Automatic Re-Locking Device: A standard feature on all models of safe, this sensitive device is triggered-of when an attack is attempted on the lock through the keyhole with any instrument. This automatic re-locking device guards all the key locks. Locking Mechanism: The locking mechanism is operated by a handle in the front and controlled by superior quality, dual control, and high precision 10 levers locks. These locks are unpickable and only the original keys will open them.

Door Slab: The outer layer of the door slab is of tough tested quality M.S. Plate of 12mm for Class-C and 30mm thickness for Class-B door as per IS:11188(1991). It is further reinforced by a composite 70mm thick layer of double duty barrier material and layers of flame and arc resistant (special) alloy which provides dependable protection again fire and attack of power drilling, oxy-acetylene flame and arc cutting. This dual protection is provided over the entire lock case. The total thickness of protective layer is 90mm for Class C and 105mm for Class B. Door Frame: Tested quality 10mm thick M.S. plate is used for fabricating the one-piece bent angle door frame. For strength and rigidity the door frame is suitably, reinforced along the height and width. A special ‘Box-jamb’ is welded to the frame to provide strong rebate for the shooting bolts. Bolt Work And Locking Mechanism: The door is provided with 12 shooting bolt (each of 38mm dia.) six in front, six at the rear, which slides behind the tough ‘Box-jamb’ rebate. These bolts can be activated simultaneously by the movement of handle. Any pressure exerted on the lock bolt on one side automatically bring into play equal balancing pressure on the opposite side to neutralize and defeat the attempts to dislodge the lock. The doors are fitted with two superior quality dual control precision 10-lever locks along with S.S. keys in duplicate. At extra cost, if specified at the time of placing of the order, 3 or 4-wheel numerical combination lock which offer nearly 100 million combination for setting and resetting can be provided or superior quality imported Time Lock with multiple clock movements can be fitted. Material: The lockers are manufactured as per IS:5244. The three sides - back, top and bottom of the locker cabinet are fabricated from tested quality 5mm thick M.S. plate. The partitions and the shelves are of 2.5mm HR prime quality steel sheet. The door plate of each locker is 10mm M.S. plate. The hinge arrangement, such that it is provide sufficient resistant against tempering attack of common hand tools. The shelves of the locker are reinforced at the front with the 50 X 10 mm bright solid flats.

Lock: Each locker is fitted with high quality first class unpickable dual control 7 leave key lock. These locks are self locking so that the custodian does not have to re-lock the locker with his key after the customer has locked it. The mechanism of the lock is such that the customer shall not be able to withdraw his key unless the locker has been re-locked fully. Once the customer has locked the locker, the same cannot be opened unless the custodian turns in his key to take off his control. We can also provide personal lock known as renter lock from inside for total protection and customer retains the key. Over all pad locking system can also be provided so that customer can use their own padlock for more confidence.
