Blind Flanges

We offer a humungous range of blind flanges that are developed from different top grades of various steel. We also offer tube sheets. These blind flanges and tube sheets are available in different sizes, these are widely used in different industries, especially in process plants and equipment manufacture. We have the ability to manufacture these blind flanges in international standards as well as according customers’ specifications.

Main application of these blind flanges includes in blocking / stopping one end of:

    • Flanged pipe
    • Value orifice
    • The opening of a pressure vessel

The specifications of our blinds on basis of produced size in different MOC are as follows:

Carbon Steel Outer diameter not to exceed 1800 mm and the forged weight not to exceed 5, 000 kg
Alloy Steel Outer diameter not to exceed 1800 mm and the forged weight not to exceed 5, 000 kg
Stainless Steel Outer diameter not to exceed 1000 mm and the forged weight not to exceed 2, 000 kg

Steel Flanges


Our array of steel flanges are fabricated in conformation to national and international standards such as ANSI B16.5, B 16.47, MSS SP 44, API, BS, AWWA and DIN. To ensure their high tensile strength and corrosion resistance, we conduct random material sampling and complete inspection of finalized steel flanges on parameters of finish and dimensions. The array is punch marked and identified with MSS SP-25. Some of the other special attributes of our steel flanges are as follows:

    • Available in Slip on Welding Neck, Blind, Socket Weld, Lap Joint, Tongue & Groove & Ring Joint types
    • Offered in carbon steel to ASTM A 105, Alloy Steel to ASTM A 182, Carbon & Low-Alloy-Steel to ASTM A 350, and Stainless Steel
    • Available in a pressure rating class of 150, 300, 600, 900, 1500 & 2500
    • Manufactured from 1/2"NB to 64"NB sizes

    • Mechanical testing as per ASTMA 370
