Operation Illustrated Herewith Feed uniformly material to be weighed. Put the machine on both the feed valves. Open up to feed the weighing bucket.
At pre-set time main valve closes, Dribble valve remains open to feed the material in trickles.
As soon as the predetermined Batch Weighment is reached, the discharge valves open up and dribble valve closes simultaneously. The weighed material discharges, and can be collected on a conveyor. As soon as the discharge is complete, the discharge valve closes and the feed valve opens and cycle repeats.
The counter records each weighment. Total number of weighments each day can be observed to tabulate the total weight of material weighed per day.

CONSTRUCTION Single piece 6-bladed cast aluminium alloy impellers house in a heavy sheet metal casting. Direct driven by a totally enclosed fan cooled motor of international make, the motor sits on a sturdy 'T' shaped base made of thick plate. Impellers bore provided with cast iron bush to ensure perfect fit on motor shaft. An inlet protection guard is standard on all AIREX axial fans.
TESTING Each fan is dynamically balanced and individually checked in the wind tunnels for rated air volumes, static pressure and amperage consumption. AIREX fan performance are rated at sea level.
ADVANTAGES AIREX cast impeller fans have the obvious advantage of sturdiness and a constant reliable air delivery without any chance of overloading the motor as in the case of adjustable vane fans.
Steelsworth Air Heater is an improved form of the basic concept of hot air generating system. Ambient air enters into the air heater from the side top and being heated from the hot surfaces, it flows into the drying chamber being drawn by the drier's hot air fan. Flue gases are drawn by the Induced Drought Fan through the two veritical rows of tube banks on either sides of the furnace area and casting surfaces to the chimney. In Steelworth Air Heater ambient air passes through triple Passes and flue gas passes through five passes. These multiple passing of ambient air and flue gas in this improved design with compact and planned inner surface provides excess heat in the hot air.
Quality Castings All cast iron part are made from special heat resistant and superior quality castings so as to ensure their withstanding capacity at high heat and temperature. Use of such graded castings also eliminates rapid detoriation of castings in and around the furnace area and give much durability assurance.
High Thermal Efficiency Steelsworth Air Heaters are designed for better heat transfer. Our FIVE PASS model is more efficient than the DOUBLE PASS model as the flue gas passes five times before escaping into the atmosphere and so the flue gas temperture is reduced which provides higher thermal effciency. Since the flue passes through the tubes instead of over them , these tubes can be cleaned and maintained for better heat trasfer. The net efficiency varies from 55% to 70% depending on the model.

FEATURES
To Optimise production and at the same time maintain the quality of liquor, this 3-in-1 COMBI DRYER has been developed.
In conventional Tray Dryers it is not possible to get higher outputs. On the other hand, a fluid bed drier does give higher output but at the cost of case hardening of the Dhool as it is subjected to high temperature immediately over the Grid Plate.
In this 3-in-1 COMBI DRYER the Tea Dhool is fed to the tray type Conveyer which delivers it on the Trays on the top circuit and by leaf Back Process, the Dhool is carried inside the Top Circuit. The Dhool subsequently drops on Fluid Bed Grid Plate having Vibratory motion. By the time it falls onto the grid plate the Dhool has undergone in a smooth way and then is subjected to Hot Air. The Hot Air is coming from the bottom through the Grid Plate and drying up the final tea and it it loosing its temperature and it is going through 2nd tray circuit and then through a top tray circuit. Hence the tea is not getting Super Heated Air.
However a by-pass arrangement has been done from the bottom to take the Super Heated Air into the middle between the 2nd circuit and the top circuit to mix with the moist leftover air to bring desired level of Hot Air for initial drying of the Dhool. It has been found that the maximum optimum Temperature is 230°F on the Bottom Ducting and the exhaust temperature beyond the Top Circuit is 100° to 110°F. This is resulting in Optimum utilisation for hot air for the Drying of the tea leaves and this increases the Fuel Efficiency and Quality of tea for Feed of the "Dhool" and Discharge of Made Tea is on the Front Side.
The conventional 3 Circuit Dryer for Drying Orthodox / CTC Tea
To optimise production as well the ECP 3 Circuit Drryer has been modified. The Conventional System of Leaf Back Process has been maintained since hot air coming from the bottom gradually gets moist with evaporation of water from the tea.
To enhance capacity and for faster drying a hot air by-pass arrangement has been made to allow better mixing of hot air with the moisture between the second and top circuits. It has been found that if 230degree F IS maintained at the bottom of the Drying Chamber, exhaust temperature, after mixing, is between 100 to 110degree F resulting in best utilisation of fuel and higher productivity.

CONSTRUCTION Steelsworth Vibratory Fluid Bed Dryer consists mainly of Vibratory chamber, Internal and External cyclone, hot air fan and duct, cold air blown with mix chamber.
