Steelsworth is engaged in manufacturing of customer specified lift and shift type Bunk House . These Bunk houses are skid mounted movable shelter and equipped with all modern fittings and used as Camps at drilling site/ work over site for various oil industries.

Bodies of these Bunk houses are usually made of 2 mm thick plain MS sheet (or Tokyo car profile type corrugation ) and roof are of 2.5 mm sheet , supported by square pipe /round pipe framings.
These Bunk houses are insulated with mineral glass wool / thermocol insulator or as specified by customer . Inside portion of these Bunk houses are covered with pre-laminated ply -wood paneling or as desired by customer Flooring of these Bunk houses are made of 19 mm Marine ply-board and further cover with either vinyl sheet or aluminum checker plate.(as per specification of customer .) Aluminum sliding windows with safety grill and insulated doors / ply-board flush door are used as per customer option .
Conceal wiring with circuit breaker arrangement is used for high electrical safety .
Various furniture , fixtures and out fittings are provided as per customer requirement Various category of Bunk houses are made to suit the purpose of customer . Some of them are as follows :

Steelsworth is engaged in customer oriented designing and fabricating of Mud System for Work over as well as Drilling Rig for Oil Industries All plates used for Tanks fabrication are of tested quality as per IS 2062 and .other items like Beam , Channels , Angles , Pipe etc . are also of Tested quality as per IS / ASME code All welding procedures are as per ASME -section -IX. Welding electrodes used are of IS- 814 . All welding area are visually inspected and critical welding areas are examined by Dyes- penetrate methods .Moreover tanks are also hydraulically tested .
Suitable de-greasing agents and sand blasting systems are used for proper cleaning of the tanks before painting . Proper scraping and wire brushing are carried out on steel work . Approved quality Paints and painting procedure is used for quality painting. Various auxiliary equipments and accessories like Valve ,couplings , hoppers, agitator, pump desanders , desilter etc. are fitted as per customer supplied items or from our own source .
DGMS approved flame proof motor are used as and where required . Our own supply motors are mostly from BBL /Cromptons or approved /supplied by customer .
Steelsworth is engaged in manufacturing customer specified Skid mounted horizontal round Diesel fuel tanks with extended skid for pumps or as per specification by customer. Fuel tanks are normally available in 15KL ,25KL, 40 KL capacity .
These tanks are made of 6 mm plain tested quality MS Plates supported with Rings and Partitions of structural steel.
These tanks are provided with suitable fuel Inlet/ Outlet, Drains , Manholes Vent pipes , inside and outside ladders and Deep stick , partial gratings on top for easy operation
Attachments like valves, pumps etc. are provided as per customer’s requirements.
Moreover tanks are also hydraulically tested. Calibration work is also done on request of customer.
Rectangular Crude Oil Storage Tank Steelsworth is engaged in manufacturing customer specified Skid mounted Rectangular Crude oil storage tank made of MS Plates with structural framings. These tanks are normally available in 37.5 KL ,45 KL capacity .However this can be supplied as per the required size of the customer .
These tanks are made of 6 mm / 8 mm tested quality MS Plates ( or as specified by Customer ) supported with MS angle.
6"/ 4" gate valves are used as inlet an outlet or as per requirement of customer. Provision for fitment of Breather valve are incorporated
1 " steam pipe is fitted inside the tanks if required customer Outside ladder / inside ladder, manholes, cleanout doors, deep stick holes are provided.
