The industrial knowledge & expert guidance of our founder have assisted us in becoming a market leader in the industry. Our operations & manufacturing unit is handled and managed by proficient managerial experts who can easily coordinate the working process of all the departments by using their analyzing power & management skills.

Raw Materials Used
We use superior quality raw materials like MS, SS and alloy steel to manufacture our range of machinery. We source raw materials from Mumbai and then after testing them, forward them to the manufacturing unit. Our raw materials are procured from reliable suppliers and vendors. Standardized in quality, they are also completely reliable.


Quality
We have set up a Quality Management System, which is followed rigorously throughout the organization. All the policies and guidelines are according to the international standards. Our products also have a one-year warranty. We conduct various tests like alignment test, dial gauge test, etc., so that the products manufactured are flawless and completely defect free.

Our quality analysts test each and every product right from the procurement stage to the final delivery of consignment. Quality has always been our benchmark and we endeavor to maintain the quality standards at every cost.


Manufacturing Facility
We possess a state-of -the-art manufacturing facility for developing our range of products. We have a manufacturing unit of 3000 sq. ft. Our infrastructure set up is highly modernized and sophisticated. We have state-of-the-art machines like:

With the use of our upgraded technology and mechanisms, we have earned an annual turnover of 1.5 crores.


Team
We have a proficient team of 10 managerial experts, 30 skilled and unskilled personnel and 5 quality analysts. Our expert team works in complete coordination and harmony with each other. They are industrial experts, technicians and engineers who are highly competent and professional in their working pattern. We also conduct in house training sessions for our teams, which assist them in increasing the productivity and minimizing the wastage. Our team plays a pivotal role in creating ideas and then fabricating the products according to the planned way.


Packaging
We pack all our machines with complete safety and security so that they do not get damaged during transit. Our packaging experts have complete knowledge about wear and tear and accordingly pack the products. We also provide packaging facilities on contract basis. Our packaging professionals keep a strict watch on the manner of packaging so that they are safeguarded from moisture, heat or dust.
