We design and manufacture a wide range of  Steel Tube / Pipe Mills covering a wide size range of 1/2" NB – 20” OD of steel tubes / pipes confirming to various international standards such as API, ASTM, DIN, BS etc.

We are capable of designing Tube / Pipe Mills exactly as per our esteemed customers’ requirements and specifications. We specialize in designing and fabricating Tube/Pipe Mills for producing large diameter pipes which are mainly used in Petroleum & Gas sector.

For our designs, we use latest technology; preferably from Germany. All our equipments meet international quality requirements.

The Tube Mills / Pipe Mills can achieve production speeds as high as 100 mts/mt. The mills incorporate  fully automatic Strip Preparation & Entry Lines, Straight Edge / Common Roll Cages Forming system (we can give mills with conventional forming technology also), 3-5 Rolls welding Unit, 4- roll Horizontal Forming Stands, Cold Saw / Rotary Disc / Friction Saw or Rotary Milling Cutters type Flying Cut-Off system etc.

For quick roll change, we can design & manufacture Cassette Type mills which drastically reduces the size change time, specially for large diameter pipe mills.

Our mills are capable of giving trouble free service over a long period of time. These are extremely cost effective when compared with similar equipments from  other sources.

We offer a wide range of Tubes/Pipes End Facing & Beveling Machines capable of End Facing/Beveling  tubes/pipes covering a size range of 1/2" NB-20" OD.

For API Pipes, we use a 'Hydraulic Follow Cam" system,incorporated in the facing hea.This system is specifically designed to meet the stringent face root requirements of API Standards.

Offered in a size range of 1/2" - 6" NB, the machines are used for generating threads on tube ends as per international standards.

The threading heads are from Lndis(USA). The machines are fully automatic and with Rotary Arm/ Walking Beams transfer systems.  

We manufacture Tube/Pipes Galvanizing Plants capable of galvanizing tubes in the size range of 1/2" - 6" NB, Steel Hollow Sections as well as structurals & light fabricated structures.

The plants are custom designed & have production capacities of 3-8 tons/hour as per customer's requirements.

The plants are equipped with Acid Fumes Extraction & Scrubbing system, Acid receovery plant,Zinc Fumes Extraction system and Zinc Blowings Recovery Plants.

The Final product confirms to specifications as laid down in international standards.
