Stelmec is participating in 8th International Exhibition of Electrical & Industrial Electronics Industry 2008 from 18.01.2008 to 22.01.2008 at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon (E) Mumbai HALL No.1 STALL No. H1 D17 M 79 ‘STELMEC TO HAVE A NEW NAME Stelmec Pvt. Ltd., which is in the manufacture of MV switchgear, has now been renamed as “Stelmec Limited” with effect from 17.07.2007. This is in line with the company’s vision of becoming a world class engineering enterprise. The same is published in SEPTEMBER 2007 issue of the IEEMA Journal and the matter is published under the section of “Corporate News” INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERINGS Stelmec is in the process of IPO MERGE (GROUP COMPANIES) Stelmec is planned to merge with other group companies ie Esprit Switchgear Pvt.Ltd, & Hames Industries.
