Manufacturing Capability : The Transformers are manufactured under strict supervision of trained and experienced personnel, utilizing material and processes in conformity with the latest technology. The "Active Part" consists of prime quality non-ageing Cold Rolled Grain Oriented (CRGO) Steel and Enameled Copper Wire procured from reputed manufacturers, ensuring a high quality and long life product. The "Active Part" is essentially cast under vacuum conditions with the resin mix being prepared under vacuum conditions, in a sophisticated mixing and impregnation plant. The transformers are provided with a mounting plate at the bottom for ease of installation. A transparent cover facilitating a visual check of connections protects the secondary terminals. The cover can be sealed, thus making it tamper proof.
The product rang includes various ratings that meet all requirements. The entire range of instrument transformers has been fully type tested as per IS 2705-1995 / IS 3156-1992 confirming with the latest Indian and International standards.

Duplex Type Panels Comprises of Meters, Selector switches and other Operative / Signalling devices. This panel is provided with a walkway for access to internal components and terminals of front and rear mounted devices.
Control Desks A desk shaped panel enables the operator to sit in front and control various operations.
Construction The Panels are constructed using superior quality sheet steel. All the fabricated parts are thoroughly cleaned using seven-tank pre-treatment process (involving degreasing, derusting, phosphatizing and passivation) and are then coated with primer. The Panel doors are fully gasketed for protection against dust / vermin entry.
Every component used in the panel is thoroughly supervised by qualified and skilled personnel, to ensure supply of quality product.
Layout The front side of the panel houses meters, switches and other active devices. In case of Simplex panels, the relays are also mounted on the front side of the panel.
The front side of the panel and internal layout is made to suit ergonomic and aesthetic requirements. Adequate space is provided for cabling, operation and testing. The front side of the panel can have mimic diagrams like Painted mimic with colours for voltages in line with Standard / Customer requirement which can be provided with semaphore indicators, discrepancy switches etc. for active display of system conditions.
Wiring Wiring is done with 1100-volt grade multi-stranded PVC wires. These wires are neatly bunched together with PVC troughs for ease of working. The wiring at both ends is supported with self-locking ferrules and terminal strips for ease of cable termination. The panel is provided with an internal illumination lamp controlled by a toggle / door switch to facilitate maintenance work.
