The credit for the establishment of our organization goes to Mr. Kishanlal Ramji Damania. Our office is situated at a prime location of Kandivali. Two of our cotton bras have also been selected by the Indian Government to be sold at all the Canteen Stores Department.

Our organization was established by the efforts of “Mr. Kishanlal Ramji Damania” in 1947. Under the able guidance of our mentor, 'Mr. Jatin', we have been able to touch the new heights of success. He has been a source of inspiration for all the people associated with our organization. Following are the members of our management team:

 

Manharlal: He is the eldest and went to London for two years to take the training in bra manufacturing. Moreover, he took tips from Kuwait and Dubai to understand the market trends.
Ranjit: He is in his late 50s and handles administrative activities at our organization. He co-ordinates production, marketing and sales to ensure their smooth running.

• Krishnalal: He was born in 1908 in the small town of Daman migrated to Bombay when the economic constraints back home became too difficult to hear. Having lost his father at the age of five, even studying up to the seventh grade had proved to be struggle. In Bombay, Krishnalal joined as an assistant ladies dress maker and quickly learned the ropes. By 1937, he had mastered the art of dress making and started independently. However, it was the British era that Krishnalal was living in and only the European and Indian women belonging to the higher echelons of society wore dressed. Krishnalal observed that ladies wore an imported garment called the bra. Shrewd, astute and enterprising (as all pioneers must be), he realized that the day was not far when Indian ladies too would damour for this garment.

In 1954, he introduced the American finished bra and other ladies inner wear garments like the panties, slips. He kept abreast of the happenings world over. When the world enjoyed a stretched cloth revolution in 1968 ,his customer could also get themselves a full stretch bra. Krishnalal introduced the seamless molded cup bra in 1977, bra-panty set in 1984, divided slip and sports bra in 1987. All of these were instantly saleable products. In 1991, the Damanias added another feather to their cap. They pioneered the bra slip and bra nighty in India.

We have an advanced infrastructure, located at a prime location of Kandivali. It is well facilitated with latest machines and technology that help in the manufacturing of exclusive range of innerwear. Our infrastructure is segregated into several departments for designing, manufacturing, warehousing and packaging that help in the smooth functioning of all the business related activities.
