That chance remark got our enthusiastic young man all fired up. He started a venture and set about learning the ropes. Sourcing the raw material, importing some key items, manufacturing, packing, shipping. until he became fully conversant with all the pros and cons of import and export.
One thing led to another and soon the firm was importing and exporting products from and to Europe, U.S.A and Africa.
While Pizzas remain his favorite snack, he never did export a single corrugated cardboard carton to East Africa! |
