InfrastructureWith the most advanced manufacturing facilities spread over 6000 sq. mtrs., Studds has been consistently meeting the requirement of its customers. The completely automatic outer shell manufacturing department ensures high productivity with minimum effort and consistent quality. The decal application department has absolute controlled environmental conditions for application of high quality ultra thin decals. The pressurised and coneyorised painting systems ensures long lasting excellent finish to the product. The visor/goggle treatment department is completely automatic with most advanced raw materials being used for antiscratch and antiglare properties of the visors. The Stitching department with the state-of-the-art machineries is capable of high productivity, hence keeping the costs to a bare minimum. The stitching department has computerised stitching machines for consistent performance. Our assembly lines consist of highly skilled people who have no tolerance for faulty products. They ensure that every product being manufactured is of top quality.
