Incepted in the year 1995, Sturdy Industries Limited, has carved an eminent position in the manufacturing, exporting & supplying of plastic and aluminum building material such as coated aluminium composite panels and fireproof aluminium composite panels. Under the able guidance of our mentor Mr. Amit Gupta we have become a trustworthy name in the competitive industry. Sturdy industries is a public limited company listed with the Bombay Stock Exchange( BSE) having share capital of Rs 6.08 crores divided into 60.80 lacs shares of Rs 10/- each. Our products are manufactured by using latest technology like three roller high technique that provides excellent flatness and dimension to the aluminium composite panels. We are an ISO certified company who ensures to stand up to the expectations of our esteemed clients. Our products are regularly inspected by BSNL QA Bangalore staff and who carry out various tests to verify the quality of products. Our wide network system enables us to cater our wide clientele. We are the sister concerns of well established CHEMIPLAST GROUP OF INDUSTRIES whose foundation was laid in the year 1978. Our parent company has well equipped manufacturing plants located at various places. They are successfully manufacturing and exporting plastics, aluminium, irrigation, power transmission & distribution material & building material.

Our procured raw material and the manufactured products are safely stored in capacious warehouse. The warehouse is automated and segregated into different sections that minimizes the inventory loss and ease the delivery process. Our storekeepers maintain hygienic conditions in the warehouse that avoids any damage to the stored product. The warehouse is equipped with cranes and forklift that ease the bulk movement of the manufactured product.

We use qualitative packaging material to pack our finished product. Our packaging professionals use corrugated boxes, sturdy cartons and chemically inert plastics to pack the products. We also offer individual and bulk packaging of the products as specified by our clients. the packed boxes are labeled mentioning the technical details and other specifications that expedites the delivery process.

The aluminium composite panel can be folded easily after grooving on the back skin using router, trimmer or circular saw equipped with a grooving cutter. We use press brake or a three-roll bender to cold bent the SUNBOND composite panels. Aluminium or stainless steel rivets, bolts and /or screws and several adhesives and both sided adhesive tapes are used for joining various metals to SUNBOND composite panels.

With the help of our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit spread over the area of 50000sq.mt. We have been able to meet the ever increasing demands of our clients and have attained the production capacity of 10, 000 - 20,000 Metric Tonnes per month and annual turnover of Rs 100 crores annual turnover. Our manufacturing unit gas has melting & holding furnaces and casting & rolling mill for continuous casting & rolling of EC grade aluminium/aluminium alloy rods. We also have degassing system fitted with induction heating system for online solution treatment to manufacture aluminum alloy rods. We also have CAD/CAM facility and in-house design unit where we fabricate our products in different dimensions and specifications as specified by our clients.

We use latest technology to offer range of qualitative products that are used as construction material. These products are manufactured from qualitative raw material that we procure from trusted vendors. Our products are fabricated from superior quality of aluminium, steel alloy, asbestos sheets and various other raw material that are subjected to various tests before being diverted to the manufacturing plant. We process only high quality aluminium ingots procured from primary producers with purity more than 99.70% to manufacture aluminium EC & aluminium alloy wire rods.
