We manufacture varied range of AAA conductors from qualitative raw material. These are designed and produced as per BS, DIN, ASTM, JIS, BIS standards. Apart from regular dimensions we also offer these conductors in different dimensions as specified by our clients. our range of AAA conductors are available in different code name viz. squirrel 22mm2, weasel 34mm2, rabbit 55mm2, raccoon 80mm2, dog 100mm2.

Our range of All Aluminium Alloy Conductors (AAAC) has the ISI license of IS:398(pt.4th).1994. These conductors are manufactured from qualitative aluminium alloy 6201. The aluminium-magnesium-silicon alloy has optimum magnesium silicide content that offers excellent mechanical properties after treatment. Our AAAC conductors have better corrosion resistance quality, adequate strength to weight ratio and improved electrical conductivity that makes them widely used in different industries.

We use electrolytically refined (E.C.GRADE) aluminium, having purity of minimum 99.5% to manufacture all aluminium conductors that are also known as aluminium stranded conductor. All aluminium conductors consist of one or more strands of aluminium wire depending on the end usage. These conductors find wide application in urban areas where spacing is short and the supports are close. Having high degree of corrosion resistance, our AAC are used extensively in coastal areas.

Our range of ACSR CONDUCTOR is IS:398(pt.2nd)/1996 certified. These consists of a solid or stranded steel core surrounded by strands of aluminium (E.C. GRADE) and are available in varying steel composition ranging from as low as 6% to as high as 40 %. Owing to higher strength and resistance, these are used for river crossings and overhead ground wires installation that involves extra long spans. These ACSR are highly demanded because of their high tensile strength and light weight with longer spans as well as with lesser supports. The greater diameter of ACSR conductors offers higher corona limit that provides adequate performance on high as well as extra high voltage overhead lines.
